Former CEO of the Irish Development Authority
Mr. White was Managing Director of the IDA in the decade to June 1990 when Ireland endured and then emerged from the last prolonged recession. During his tenure, the IDA brought some of the leading multinationals such as Microsoft, IBM and Intel to Ireland.
Since leaving the IDA, Padraic has advised governments around the world on the promotion of foreign direct investment as a senior consultant for FIAS (World Bank), EU Phare and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
