Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) photovoltaic technology is widely reported as being efficient at conversion of incident radiation to electrical energy in the visible light range, and specifically that the cells perform very well at low light intensities, which exist where light sources are dim, diffuse and fall at a high incident angle.
